The petrol relief scheme is being introduced in phases across the country. The rollout schedule is:

Rs100 Per Litre Petrol Relief
Under the PM Fuel Subsidy 2026, eligible two- and three-wheelers can receive a Rs100 per litre subsidy on up to 20 litres of petrol per month. This means eligible motorcycle and rickshaw users can receive up to Rs2,000 in monthly relief.
Cars with engines of up to 800cc can receive the same Rs100 per litre relief on up to 30 litres per month, providing maximum monthly relief of Rs3,000.
How to Register for Fuel Subsidy 2026 Through 9771
Eligible citizens can register through SMS. The mobile SIM used for registration should be registered in the applicant’s own name.
Send the following information to 9771:

The system will verify the applicant’s CNIC and vehicle information against available records. After successful verification, the applicant receives a confirmation message.

Registration through REG is required first. After successful registration, eligible users can request their digital fuel token by sending:

The digital token can then be shown at a participating petrol station for the applicable Rs100 per litre relief. The system will also track the subsidized fuel consumed against the monthly quota.
Who Is Eligible?
The scheme covers eligible non-commercial users of:
- Motorcycles
- Rickshaws
- Qingqi vehicles
- Other eligible two- and three-wheelers
- Cars with engines up to 800cc
Motorcycles and three-wheelers have a monthly subsidized quota of 20 litres, while eligible cars up to 800cc have a quota of 30 litres.
